Every Spokedraft scope is bespoke — the bands below come from recent installs, not a rate card. Figures are pre-GST, and a short form lands a written quote inside one business day, after a twenty-minute discovery call.
Setup
$2k – $10k
Scope of the first install, the handoff docs the operator reads on day one, and the first month of maintenance bundled in — priced after the discovery call against a one-page scope.
Most installs land between $4k and $7k. Multi-location operators or heavy integrations stretch the upper bound; the first month of maintenance is part of every setup, not billed on top.
Monthly maintenance
$500 – $3k / m
Monitoring, edits and uptime — hosting, small change requests, and the monthly tune-ups that keep the workflow earning its keep after the team starts using it in anger.
Billed monthly, pause anytime. One month is bundled into every setup; after that we invoice against an agreed change-bundle.
